Studio enquiries
The form collects your name, email, project type, optional location, message and the project or object from which you opened the form. Providing this information is voluntary. Without contact details we cannot reply. We use it to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Hosting & access
The website and its data use OpenAI ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. The enquiries dashboard is restricted to the studio’s authorised account. Infrastructure providers may process operational information to deliver and secure their services. Processing may take place outside Israel; Israeli data residency is not promised.
Retention
Website enquiries are retained for up to 180 days unless deleted earlier. Expired records are removed when the system is used. If an enquiry becomes a commission, information transferred to the studio’s business systems will be managed as part of that engagement.
Optional measurement
If you allow optional analytics, the site records aggregate counts of page views and actions, grouped by page, action, language, device category, referral channel and country where available. Analytics does not store form contents, email addresses, screen recordings or persistent visitor identifiers. These figures count events rather than individual visitors. Aggregates are kept for up to 90 days and expired records are removed when the system is used.
Cookies & browser storage
The website stores your measurement choice in your browser for up to 180 days and catalogue filters for the session. Declining measurement does not prevent browsing or submitting an enquiry. Change your choice through Privacy preferences in the footer. Hosting may use operational and authentication cookies, particularly for private-site or dashboard access.
Access, correction & enquiries
Contact the studio to request access to personal information, correction or deletion. Requests are considered under applicable law and may require identity verification. Instagram and other external websites apply their own policies.
