We at Yaacov Avishai are committed to making our website accessible to people with disabilities, and to enabling all individuals to browse the site equally and enjoyably.

An accessible website allows people with disabilities to browse it with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as other users. Website accessibility is achieved through technological adjustments, taking into account the capabilities of the system on which it operates, and using assistive technologies when necessary.

Accessibility Adjustments on This Site

This site has undergone accessibility adjustments in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at the AA level. The site's content has been adapted for use with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboards. As part of the accessibility process, we have, among other things, performed the following actions:

  • Defined the site's language.

  • Established a consistent content order on the site's pages.

  • Defined a clear heading structure on all pages of the site.

  • Added alternative text to images.

  • Ensured the use of proper color contrast.

However, the site is not yet fully accessible due to the following points:

  • Alternative text is missing for some images.

  • There is no menu on the site, and therefore no adjustment of such a menu was performed.

  • There is no correct heading hierarchy on some of the pages.
